POLICIES
• Please ensure your child’s hair is freshly washed and free of heavy leave-in conditioners, grease, and oils prior to the appointment. I do not provide hair-washing services, so your child must arrive ready and prepared.
• Braiding hair and beads are included with each service.
• Snacks are provided at no additional cost.
• If your child brings a phone, iPad, or tablet, please make sure it is fully charged. If not, a charger must be provided.
• A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Final payments are accepted via Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, or cash.
Cash App payments (KIDSSHALO) must be sent after you receive the pickup text, unless paying in cash.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. One late arrival can delay the entire schedule, so please be mindful of others’ time.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
• Rescheduling: Your deposit may be applied to the next available calendar date.
• No-call, no-shows will result in a ban from future bookings.
